Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Data Reality (“Data Reality”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit datareality.ai (the “website”) or contact us through it.

It covers this website only. Use of the Data Reality platform (for example through Partner Login) is governed by your organisation’s agreement with us.

Who we are

The website is operated by DataReality LLC, 250 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Lincolnshire, IL 60069, United States, which is the controller of the personal information described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you send a request through the Get a Demo contact form, we collect:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • the subject and message you write

We also record the date and time of the request and a random request reference. If you email or call us directly, we receive the information you include in that email or call.

Please don’t include sensitive information (such as health information) in the form.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. It records:

  • the pages you view, the page you came from and the website or campaign that referred you
  • approximate location (country and city), device type, browser and screen size
  • interactions on the website, such as clicks on Get a Demo, our phone number or email address, and Partner Login, and whether a demo request was sent successfully

Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation, and we don’t send your name, email address or form contents to Google Analytics.

Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the website and keep it secure. These server logs are kept for 14 days.
